Financial Lines Claims

The financial lines team manages claims under a broad range of insurance products:

• Crime and Civil Liability (formerly known as BBB insurance)
• Commercial Crime and Fidelity Guarantee
• Cyber (first and third party)
• Directors and Officers Liability

This team does not utilise claim forms due to the complex nature of the events but rather prefer to engage with the broker and insured to obtain the necessary information. Should you wish to report a claim or an incident which may give rise to a claim, please do so immediately by emailing or calling one of the claims team listed under Meet the Team - Financial Lines Claims. They will then advise what additional information is required.
