Please advise us immediately of any claim (where there is an approach from a third party) or circumstance of which you may be aware that may lead to a claim even if you do not yet know the quantum of the loss. This notification should be done via your broker but can also be done directly with SHA.
Once you have complied with the notification above, please download the appropriate claim form from this page, complete all the fields, attach all relevant documents and send it to the claims specialist responsible for your portfolio.
If you are uncertain of the identity of your dedicated claims specialist, please send it to one of our claims managers who will allocate the claim.
